<p>The HAR.com app offers a comprehensive platform for both consumers and HAR members to search for homes for sale or lease across the state of Texas. Consumers can take advantage of the award-winning HAR residential property search engine to find their dream home, bookmark listings, and view property search history. Meanwhile, members have access to up-to-the-minute MLS information (exclusive to MLS subscribers), their leads, listings, and their company’s listing inventory.</p>

<h3>Features for Consumers & Members</h3>

  <li>Utilize the renowned HAR residential property search engine to find homes and rentals throughout Texas.</li>
  <li>Use the Drive Time search feature to locate homes available for sale or rent within a designated commute time.</li>
  <li>Connect with a REALTOR® to gain access to Premium Content not publicly available on the HAR app.*</li>
  <li>Filter search criteria based on personal preferences, including proximity, price, square footage, and more.</li>
  <li>Access the most comprehensive listing details, such as price, room dimensions, interior and exterior features, open house schedule, and more.</li>
  <li>Browse through an immersive photo gallery for each listing, with up to 50 high-quality photos - a feature that sets us apart from other apps.</li>
  <li>Enhanced mapping with Street View integration.</li>
  <li>Bookmark favorite listings and easily share them with friends and family.</li>
  <li>Save search criteria and receive notifications when matching homes are posted on HAR.com.</li>
  <li>Utilize the live chat feature to instantly connect with any agent regarding a specific property.</li>
  <li>The Nearby Agents feature helps consumers find agents who have listings near their location or agents who have recently conducted showings nearby.</li>
  <li>Access information for over 8 million properties in Texas, including those not currently listed for sale.</li>

<h3>Features for MLS Subscribers Only</h3>
<p>HAR MLS subscribers can log in to the password-protected members-only area using their HAR username and password. Members have exclusive access to their leads, listings, and their company’s listing inventory. Detailed listing information includes:</p>

  <li>Days on Market</li>
  <li>Archive and agent full report (Listing price changes)</li>
  <li>Access to Tax Profile Report</li>

  <li>Tax information, including values and tax rates</li>
